An investigative journalist takes a raw interview with an anonymous source at face value, launching a global chase through the hidden underbelly of the art world. As she uncovers a decades-old government programme weaponising sound and image, she realises some truths are lethal. Forced to flee before revealing everything, she leaves her life’s work in the hands of her cameraman—a man who finishes the film but never lives to see its release.

In 1955, Hurricane Janice devastates a Caribbean island, prompting the surviving elite to vow never to be vulnerable again. By 2027, when a global pandemic hits, their secret network—Sanctuary 55—is activated. A ‘black sheep’ heir discovers this mobile safe-haven is not just a refuge, but the control centre for a genetic purge. He must choose between his morality and the brutal reality of survival in a world where 70 per cent of humanity has been culled.
